More than 20 years ago, when fishermen started cultivating oysters during the off-season to raise fish, they saw fishermen lighting drums to keep them warm, and customers said, “I want to grill and eat oysters here.” That was the beginning of grilled oysters😊 Homemade oysters are 1,100 yen per kg, so I think it’s a good idea to adjust the order according to the number of people. This time, we also had scallops (large), squid, abalone, big wiener, and more! ️ I ate the freshly baked oysters without dipping them in anything, but the combination of sea minerals and rich umami makes them extremely delicious! ️ The abalone and squid also bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients, which makes me really happy😍 I think it’s the ultimate luxury if you can enjoy slowly grilling while drinking alcohol 😊 The oyster hut, one of Itoshima’s winter traditions, is scheduled to open from around the end of October to the end of March, so advance reservations are recommended! ️
