Let me introduce a popular soba noodle shop in Fukuoka! ‼️
It’s called “Soba-dokoro Gomangoku,” located at 3-21-11 Yoshimatsu, Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. ‼️

This popular shop takes pride in its *juwari* soba—noodles made from 100% buckwheat flour—crafted by hand using domestic buckwheat ground on a stone mill. 😌
It has been a local favorite for about 20 years.
The interior features high ceilings and traditional Japanese architecture, creating a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere where you can feel the warmth of the wood. 😌
This time, I ordered the “Today’s Seafood Bowl & Zaru Soba Set” and the “Satsuma Kuroge Wagyu Beef Set”! ‼️
The seafood bowl and *zaru soba* (chilled buckwheat noodle) set is fantastic; the seafood bowl features thick slices of salmon topped with salmon roe—simple, yet fresh and delicious. 😍
I really love the 100% buckwheat (*ju-wari*) noodles—they have a satisfying texture as they go down, and you can truly enjoy the authentic flavor of the buckwheat. ‼️
The Satsuma Kuroge Wagyu set features marbled Wagyu beef finished with a special sauce; the rare cook, the rich flavor, and the way it melts in your mouth are simply irresistible. 😆
It is absolutely delicious! ‼️
Between the atmosphere and the flavors, it’s easy to see why this place has been loved for so long. 😌
I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy 100% buckwheat noodles in a restaurant with a great atmosphere! ‼️
