Let me introduce a popular bakery in Fukuoka.
It’s called “iruaru,” located on the first floor of the Handa Building at 2035 Higashi-Kushihara-machi, Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. 😌

This popular bakery was opened in May 2020 by an owner who gained experience at a famous shop in Tokyo. 🥐
They are well-known for their crusty breads—like baguettes—and it is a common sight to see lines forming outside the store. 😌
This time, I tried the Pain Brié, the macadamia nut & sweet bean paste-butter sandwich, the melon pan, and the mentaiko (spicy cod roe) French bread! ‼️
The Pain Brié was delicious, offering a fluffy texture complemented by the flavor of butter and a subtle sweetness. 😃
The Macadamia Red Bean & Butter Sandwich features a perfectly balanced combination of crusty bread, red bean paste, butter, and a macadamia accent! ‼️
As for the melon pan, the contrast between the fluffy interior and the crispy cookie-dough crust is fantastic; it’s simple, yet achieving such deliciousness is truly impressive. 😃
Everything here is absolutely delicious. 😋
It’s a highly recommended bakery in Kurume!
