This shop has been loved by the locals for over 10 years in Nakagawa City. The owner-chef trained at the Grand Hyatt, and has become a popular restaurant with his skills since the opening! ️
In particular, the whole fruit series cake has a cream that balances the sweetness of the ripe fruit, so I'm really happy that I can eat it deliciously until the end😆
Also, the chocolate cake "Coco", which is synonymous with the shop, is a cake that the chef won the highest award in the competition.
The smooth chocolate and coconut mousse contains caramelized macadamia nuts, and the balance of flavors is the best! ️
