Let me introduce you to a very popular park in Fukuoka.
It is the “Fukuoka Prefectural Kasuga Park,” located at 3-1-4 Haramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture!

This prefectural park was established in April 1981 on the former site of a U.S. military base to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Emperor Showa’s reign.
Spanning approximately 30 hectares, the grounds feature facilities such as a baseball stadium, a soccer field, a grassy open space, and a play area with equipment for children.
The play area is set to be renovated by September 2026, making it even safer for small children to enjoy!
The park attracts a wide variety of people—from joggers and walkers to those practicing for sports club activities or enjoying the skateboarding area—all enriching their daily lives.
The open plaza is also a popular spot for field trips, such as those for kindergarteners 😃
With its spacious and open atmosphere, Kasuga Park is highly recommended for families with small children, too! ‼️
