The exterior is charming from the moment you arrive, and the antique items displayed at the entrance add a truly lovely, nostalgic touch. 😌The interior also boasts a wonderful atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing time.
On this visit, I enjoyed a course meal that included grilled beef and chicken! ‼️
They use carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef; the marbling creates an irresistible, melt-in-your-mouth texture! ‼️
For the chicken, they use flavorful Kosho-dori, slow-grilled over charcoal to create a superb harmony of savory aroma and rich umami. 😃
With the *mizutaki* hot pot, you enjoy the chicken and vegetables in a delicate broth, and can fully savor that chicken essence right down to the final *zosui* (rice porridge) course! ‼️
