This time, I enjoyed the “Hanakago-zen” (Flower Basket Set), a luxurious lunch option! ‼️
The Hanakago-zen features a beautifully arranged assortment—including sushi, sashimi, tempura, *chawanmushi* (steamed egg custard), and almond tofu—served in a basket; it looks absolutely adorable. 😍
The sushi toppings are fresh and rich in flavor, and the sashimi is equally fresh and delicious. 😋
The tempura is fried to crispy perfection, allowing you to fully savor the natural flavors of the ingredients. ‼️
Every detail shows a commitment to quality, making the meal truly delicious. ‼️
I also tried other *nigiri* sushi—such as raw squid tentacles, seared salmon, and seared eel—and they were all fantastic. ‼️
The almond tofu is wonderfully creamy with a rich milky flavor, perfectly balanced by the taste and tanginess of the blueberry jam. 😋
The *karaage* (Japanese fried chicken) is outstanding, thanks to the well-seasoned marinade and the expert frying technique that yields a perfect crispiness. ‼️
It is truly delicious, especially considering the price point. 😋
