They source their ingredients from the local shopping district, actively contributing to the community.
This time, I ordered the stir-fried offal (*horumon*) set meal! 😍
The offal is wonderfully plump with just the right amount of sweetness from the fat, and it’s piled high with crisp, perfectly stir-fried vegetables like cabbage and bean sprouts!
The overall balance is excellent—it’s truly delicious.
The Chinese-style soup, salad, and side dish of hijiki seaweed are all tasty, too; you can really feel the care and affection put into the meal.
There are other appetizing options on the menu—like cheese-topped hamburger steak, Chicken Nanban, and spicy Champon—so I’d love to try something else next time.
