This ramen shop is a sister store of Basokiya, a yakisoba specialty restaurant that aims to create a Fukuoka yakisoba culture. The noodle factory also operates a ramen shop serving ramen noodles, tsukemen, and more.
It’s great that they serve breakfast starting at 8:00 AM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. 😃

The soup is a gentle, soy-sauce-based dish with a rich dashi stock and a tangy pepper flavor. You can really tell it’s been carefully prepared! ‼️
It’s a comfortable breakfast. 😊
You can choose between thin or flat noodles, and you can also choose the serving size for free (1, 1.5, or 2 servings). 😃
