This restaurant is a branch of “Azumaya,” a beloved dandan noodle restaurant in Higashi Ward, Fukuoka, that has been loved for over 30 years.😌
Their signature dandan noodles come in a variety of flavors: the classic spicy red dandan noodles and the creamy black dandan noodles made with black sesame. Other dishes include rapeseed ramen and fluffy, creamy omelet rice. 😍
This time, I chose the spicy red dandan noodles with a small omelet rice. 😍
The dandan noodles have a refreshing soup that really brings out the spiciness and flavor, perfect for me, as I love simple, spicy dandan noodles! ️
You can choose the level of spiciness, which is great. 😃
The fluffy and creamy omelet rice is the perfect accompaniment to the dandan noodles! ️
