This is a beloved Italian restaurant in Fukuoka, founded in 1978.
Entering through the cave-like entrance, the restaurant’s retro wood-based design creates a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. 😌
The tomatoes and olive oil are carefully selected from Italian producers, and I think their authenticity is one of the reasons they’re so popular.
This time, I had the vongole and garlic tomato bread. 🍝
The vongole had a perfect balance of clam broth and oil, resulting in a robust yet elegant finish! ️
It’s easy to see why it’s been a long-time favorite: it’s so delicious. 😋
The garlic tomato bread is simply delicious, with the flavors of tomato and olive oil complementing the bread! ️
