A stylish coffee roastery located on a quiet hill about 5 minutes by car from Fukuoka Interchange.
This Sasaguri Coffee Roastery, which also has a cafe, was born out of the idea that “I want everyone who loves spending time with coffee to enjoy to their heart’s content the mellow moments that can only be had here.”☕️
In the glass factory opposite the cafe space, a large roasting machine made by Italy’s Petroncini stands out in the middle. This is one of the largest machines in Japan that can roast 120kg at a time.
You can enjoy coffee while watching the roasting process from the cafe space ☕️
The modern cafe has beautiful wooden colors, and each table has its own space, and bright sunlight streams in through the glass walls.
This time, I had the Sasaguri Blend and Brûlée-style baked cheesecake☕️
Sasaguri Blend is an easy-to-drink coffee with a mild aroma and gentle taste. The cheesecake is elegant and truly delicious when served with just the right amount of baked cheese, caramelized surface and rock salt accents, and fresh cream sprinkled with coffee powder.
