Let me introduce you to a soba restaurant that has been loved in Fukuoka for many years!
It’s called “Yagoro Miyuki-dori Branch” and is located at 5-14-23 Chihaya, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture!

This is a popular soba restaurant that has been loved by the community for over 50 years.
They have maintained their taste using the same ingredients since their founding, such as stone-ground buckwheat flour from Hokkaido and bonito flakes from Makurazaki. Their winter-only zoni (rice cake soup) is also popular.
This time, I ordered katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl) with a mini zaru soba (cold soba noodles)!
The katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl) is absolutely delicious! The thick, satisfying pork cutlet is combined with fluffy, creamy eggs and a rich, flavorful broth, creating a nostalgic and carefully prepared taste that’s simply irresistible!
It warms the heart. 😌
The soba noodles have a refreshing taste and a smooth texture, clearly showing the tradition that has been passed down through generations!
Both are truly delicious! 😍
This is a restaurant that shows you there’s a reason why it’s been loved for so long! 😆
