The owner previously worked at ‘Maison de Yoshida Sakurazaka’ in Fukuoka and its sister wedding venue, ‘Flairage Sakurazaka,’ where they were in charge of wedding cakes and desserts, before opening this shop independently.
The shop’s display case features cakes, cream puffs, and other treats. The eat-in area on the left side of the shop has comfortably spaced seating, allowing you to relax like you would in a cafe.
This time, I tried the Torikai Cream Puff and the Strawberry Tart!
The Torikai Cream Puff has a crisp pastry shell, a perfect combination of light fresh cream and rich custard cream, and a hint of cinnamon powder that adds depth!
The Strawberry Tart perfectly balances the deliciousness of strawberries, fresh cream, and tart crust.
