This is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant made by an owner from Okinawa Prefecture‼ ️
It has captured the hearts of Fukuoka Prefecture residents as a ramen shop during the day and an izakaya-style ramen shop at night.
The ramen menu includes rich tonkotsu ramen, pure tonkotsu ramen, and Chinese noodles (only available at night).
Unusually for tonkotsu ramen, you can choose the hardness of the noodles 😊
This time, I had the pure tonkotsu ramen and mentaiko mayo rice 🍜
The pure tonkotsu ramen is creamy but odorless, and is paired with medium-thick noodles, making it a very good match and delicious 😋
The mentaiko mayo rice is a naughty rice 🍚
The rich tonkotsu ramen, limited to 40 servings, is popular for its thick, rich soup‼ ️
