This is a tonkotsu ramen restaurant that has been loved by locals for about 10 years.
The ramen is based on tonkotsu ramen and miso ramen, and comes in a variety of flavors such as red with spicy sauce, white with back fat, and black with burnt garlic oil 😆
Side dishes include gyoza, fried rice, and stir-fried horumon.
This time, we ordered the red ramen and black ramen as a fried rice set and horumon set 😋
The base tonkotsu ramen is simple and light, with a traditional feel, but the spicy sauce adds a strong spiciness and umami flavor, and the roasted garlic oil gives it a more fragrant taste that’s closer to Kumamoto ramen! ️The fried rice has a light, homey flavor, and the crispy fried offal goes well with beer 🍻
