The ginger cake is made by kneading “zarari ginger” made from ginger from Toyo Village, Kumamoto Prefecture into the dough 😊
The tangy, spicy ginger flavor and refreshing, subtle sweetness make it very simple! ️
The lemon cake is made by kneading the homemade paste “Zarari Lemon” into the rice flour dough, and it has a refreshing sweetness, just the right amount of sourness, and a stylish taste of bitterness 😌
Both have a calm and mature flavor that is very delicious 🍵
