This is “Sabataro”😆 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟 This is a popular restaurant in Fukuoka that opened on February 23, 2023 as an affiliated store of Fukuoka’s very popular alcoholic beverage restaurants, “Strawoyaki Mikan” and “Akasaka Komikan.” As the name suggests, they serve Fukuoka’s local cuisine, sesame mackerel and charcoal-grilled salt mackerel, along with freshly cooked earthenware pot rice starting in the morning. For breakfast, reservations are required as rice is cooked for each person in a clay pot. The double box contains fresh sashimi sesame mackerel stew, homemade mentaiko, mackerel miso, chirimen takana, etc. From the double kiln, salted mackerel grilled over binchotan charcoal and tamagoyaki come out, so you can enjoy rice.
