We would like to introduce you to a locally popular non-tonkotsu ramen shop 😊 4-3-8 Umebayashi, Jonan Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture This is “Yukimiya”😊 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜 This is a popular non-tonkotsu ramen shop located in a student town near Fukuoka University! ️It was so popular that it filled up quickly after it opened, with many women coming from a wide range of age groups. There are 5 types of ramen on the menu: soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, miso ramen, tantanmen, and karakamen!! ️ The best part about this is that you can add special “back fat” that has been boiled for about 3 hours to remove the oil for an additional 50 yen. This time, I received a curry set of back fat salt ramen 😋 The salt ramen soup is refreshing, but has a strong flavor similar to chicken bones, and the back fat adds sweetness and flavor without being overpowering, making it very well-balanced! ️ This is ramen packed with addictive flavor 😆 The mini curry in the set has a sweet taste, but as you eat it, it gradually becomes spicy. It’s nice to be able to eat a little bit 😊 Next time I visit, I want to try the miso ramen with backfat! ️ Even among non-tonkotsu ramen, please enjoy the taste that is loved by the locals and is a little different.
