Let me introduce a popular *tonkotsu* (pork bone) ramen shop in Fukuoka!
It’s called “Hakata Daruma 5-gosen,” located at 1-1-6 Tobaru-nishi, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture. ‼️
🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
This is the first roadside location of a famous, long-standing *tonkotsu* ramen shop—originally established in 1963—that consistently draws long lines of customers.
Their soup is crafted using the *yobimodoshi* (replenishment) method, where carefully selected pork bones are simmered over high heat for an extended period. This results in a bold, intense flavor packed with the rich essence and distinct character of the pork bones—a taste so compelling that many have been loyal regulars for years! 😃
This time, I ordered their ramen! ‼️
The tonkotsu (pork bone) soup is rich, thick, and delivers a powerful punch of flavor—it’s sure to satisfy any tonkotsu fan! ‼️
It pairs perfectly with the thin noodles; it’s absolutely flawless! 😃
This is delicious! 😋
I can certainly see why there’s always a line.
This is a quintessential Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen—highly recommended! ‼️
