It’s called “Mentaiko Shokudo,” located at 1-4-2 Harisuri-nishi, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture! ‼️

This restaurant is popular for its homemade *mentaiko* (spicy cod roe) and fish dishes.
The lunch menu offers a wonderful selection of delicious fish options, such as the “Grilled Fish of the Day” set, the Salt-Koji Marinated Salmon set, and the Mirin-Marinated Sablefish set. 😃
This time, I chose the popular grilled fish set—specifically, the salmon collar! ‼️
To start, the salmon collar was wonderfully fatty, delivering exceptional flavor and deliciousness! ‼️
It’s pure bliss when enjoyed with rice 😌
Being able to indulge so lavishly in *mentaiko* (spicy cod roe) and *ume-hijiki* (pickled plum and hijiki seaweed) really makes the rice go down a treat 😍
I’m thoroughly satisfied getting this much for the price ‼️
