This is a sister restaurant to “Tanka Kiyokawa Main Store,” a renowned establishment famous for its beef dishes in Fukuoka.
You can enjoy a variety of delicious beef dishes—including their signature grilled beef tongue—along with drinks.
This time, I had the skirt steak (sagari) lunch!
The lean domestic beef is top-quality—clean-tasting yet rich in the meat’s natural umami—making for a dish that is simple yet truly luxurious! It is absolutely delicious. 😋
The rice is “Kumasan no Kagayaki” from Aso, Kumamoto; once cooked, you can fully savor the grain’s natural sweetness and flavor. ‼️
The oxtail soup is mild and free of any gamey taste, yet packed with deep umami—it is truly excellent. ‼️
Everything is so delicious that you’ll find yourself eating bowl after bowl of rice. 🍚
