Founded in 1978, this restaurant has captivated the people of Fukuoka Prefecture with its fresh, homemade pasta made using a pasta machine from Parmigiano, Italy, durum semolina flour, and fresh eggs. 😍
Even at their old location, there was always a line of customers waiting, and that popularity remains strong at their new location! ️
This time, I had the Royal Meat Sauce Fettuccine and a Seafood Salad 😌
The Royal Meat Sauce, a long-loved dish, is made with meat sauce mixed with mushroom cream, and combined with the chewy fettuccine, it creates an elegant and luxurious finish 😍
The seafood salad is topped with plenty of shrimp, squid, and clams, and the tangy dressing balances it well with the lettuce! ️
I feel like I’m experiencing firsthand why this restaurant has been loved for so long 😌
