This restaurant serves seafood-focused breakfasts starting at 7 AM. 😃
From breakfast through lunch, they offer a variety of fish dishes, and in the evening, they serve drinks and other Fukuoka delicacies.
For breakfast, we had mentaiko clay pot porridge. 🍲
Upon opening the piping hot earthenware pot, the delicious rice porridge bubbling away was fragrant with the subtle aroma of mentaiko. 😊
The gentle flavor of the dashi broth and the accent of mentaiko create a perfectly balanced and delicious rice porridge. 😋
The thick, fatty salmon slices are carefully grilled to fully capture their natural umami. ‼️
So delicious! 😌
The miso soup, with its rich, rich salmon fat, is truly luxurious to have in the morning. 😌
