We’d like to introduce you to a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Okayama that’s been in business for over 100 years! 😊
This is Ishimura Manseido Main Store, located at 2-1 Susaki, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. 😆

This is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop that has been beloved in Fukuoka for over 100 years. 😊
Their signature sweets are “Tsuru no Ko,” made using eggshells. They’re also known as the shop that invented White Day. 😊
This time, I tried Tsurunokoko, a treat exclusive to the main store. 🥚
Tsurunokoko is a premium treat featuring freshly made, fizzy marshmallows, smothered in flavorful vanilla ice cream and custard. 😊
These marshmallows are incredibly chewy, and their bouncy texture makes them hard to cut with a spoon. 😊
Eating the marshmallows with vanilla ice cream and custard is a delicious and innovative experience. 😍
This innovative marshmallow treat from a long-established shop is definitely one to recommend! ️
