This time, we tried the Blue Foncée, mille-feuille, and Shine Muscat tart. 😌
The Blue Foncée, named after the shop, is a specialty: a rich almond bavarois with a glace coating of almonds, and its refreshing and elegant flavor is simply amazing!
The mille-feuille is a standard crispy custard and strawberry treat, but each one is refined, perfectly crafted, and truly delicious!
Every cake is truly delicious! ️
