This soy cafe is run by the popular izakaya “Mihara Tofu Shop,” which opens at 10 AM. ☕️
The menu offers delicious soy milk and tofu treats, including rich soy milk soy lattes and shakes, iced tofu chocolate, and soy milk donuts.
This time, I tried the iced tofu chocolate matcha and soy latte! ️
The soy latte had a strong, rich soy milk flavor, and paired it with sweets for a refreshing, delicious pairing! ️
The iced tofu chocolate matcha uses roughly the same amount of tofu and soy milk as chocolate, which is great because it has about half the calories of regular raw chocolate! 😆
Plus, the flavor was truly delicious, with the umami and bitterness of the raw chocolate and matcha coming together perfectly. 😋
It’s a wonderful, guilt-free treat that’s also healthy!
