We’re introducing a restaurant in Fukuoka where you can enjoy ramen in the morning! 😃
It’s “Chukasoba Tanpopo,” located at 2-9-10 Chuo, Sasaguri-machi, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture. ‼️
🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
This is a ramen noodle restaurant that opens at 6:00 AM.
Originally, the restaurant rented space in Menya Yokayasu in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City, and opened its second chapter at its current location.
They’ve firmly established the morning ramen culture in the area, filling up when they open at 6:00 AM. 😊
This time, we ordered the backfat ramen noodle and the tanpopo rice with egg yolk! ‼️
The backfat ramen noodles feature a rich chicken and pork broth, complemented by two types of dried sardines from Kumamoto and Yamaguchi prefectures. Two additional fish broths create a four-dish broth that’s the defining feature of this dish: a deep, rich flavor. 😋
It’s carefully crafted and incredibly delicious! ️
The melt-in-your-mouth pork slices are also incredibly flavorful, and I personally love them. 😊
After the noodles are finished, we add the dandelion rice to the bowl. 😋
It’s finished like rice porridge, allowing you to fully enjoy the delicious flavor of the broth. ️
If you’re looking for delicious ramen noodles to start your day, this is a must-visit restaurant. 😊
