This rice ball shop specializes in mentaiko, and they are very particular about the quality of their ingredients.
The rice is Tochigi no Hoshi, the seaweed is Yanagawa seaweed from Ariake, the mentaiko is Fukuya mentaiko, and the salt is SUN’S fully sun-dried salt! ️
This time, I received the “rice ball morning set” for breakfast 😊
Each rice ball weighs about 80g and you can choose up to 5 rice balls.
You can choose from two flavors: salt musubi or mentaiko, and toppings include roasted seaweed, natto, and egg yolk pickled in soy sauce.
The rice balls are made with love, and the rice is freshly cooked so you can really feel the natural flavor of the rice, and it’s really delicious when combined with salt and mentaiko! ️
