This time, I enjoyed a Banh Mi with sweet-and-spicy chicken meatballs and Mentaiko Genovese sauce, as well as a Melon Pan and an Old-Fashioned donut 🍞. The Melon Pan features a crispy cookie crust with just the right amount of sweetness, perfectly balanced against the fluffy bread inside ‼️ As for the Mentaiko Genovese, the bread is softer than it looks, and the combination of spicy cod roe (mentaiko), cream cheese, and refreshing Genovese sauce works beautifully 😌.
