The ramen soup had just the right balance of pork bone broth flavor and a subtle sweetness from the fat, and the hearty char siu, bamboo shoots, and boiled bean sprouts gave it a refreshing finish! ️
It’s also a perfect match for those stressed by thin noodles 😃
