Let me introduce you to a unique donut shop in Fukuoka.
It’s called “Tech,” located at 6-6-1 Matsugaoka, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture!

This shop, opened in 2018, is run by “Mantec Filling Industry,” a manufacturer of confectionery machinery, and sells donuts and dorayaki made with their own machines. 😃
The shop is only open from Thursday to Sunday, but it’s very popular in the area.
This time, I tried their plain and chocolate donuts, as well as dorayaki (red bean paste pancake) donuts!
The donuts have a wonderfully light and crispy texture, and the plain one has a simple yet reliably delicious flavor.
The classic chocolate combination is also delicious, with the chocolate coating perfectly balanced with the dough.
