This is a Japanese confectionery shop that opened in 2023 and specializes in dorayaki (red bean paste pancakes).
The dorayaki, made with hand-kneaded and hand-baked dough and filled with homemade red bean paste, are carefully baked in the morning in a small baking area in the corner of the shop. You can enjoy the wonderful aroma and watch the artisans at work. 😃
This time, we tried dorayaki, strawberry dorayaki, and salted butter bean paste dorayaki!
The dorayaki batter has a fine, fluffy texture, and the simple, moderately sweet taste is wonderful!
