They use carefully selected ingredients to make their crepes, including domestically grown, pesticide-free wheat, whole wheat flour, and the miraculous oil “ghee.” They also use generous amounts of large Amaou strawberries from Shikanoshima. 😍
This time, we tried their Ghee Sugar Amaou Whipped Cream. 🍓
First of all, the rich ghee sugar batter conveys a gentle sweetness and deliciousness that makes it truly delicious on its own. 😋
The whipped cream is also refreshing, and the balanced sweetness and tartness of the Amaou strawberries takes it to the next level of deliciousness! ️
