Their set meals feature mackerel and pork miso soup, giving you a boost of energy in the morning! ️
Menus include the Maruko Set Meal, featuring grilled mackerel and pork miso soup; the Kurobuta Tonjiru Set Meal, featuring pork miso soup as the main dish; and the Mackerel and Ginger Simmered Set Meal.
This time, I ordered the mackerel shogayaki set meal with pork miso soup! ‼️
The mackerel shogayaki is cooked with plenty of ginger, so it doesn’t have a strong mackerel flavor, and its sweet flavor pairs perfectly with rice! ‼️
The ginger is also not too spicy, so it’s delicious just as is. 😋
The pork miso soup features melt-in-your-mouth grated onions, which pair perfectly with the sweet and savory flavor of Kagoshima Prefecture’s Roppaku Kurobuta pork! ‼️
This dish is also heartwarmingly delicious! 😍
