This is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy creative cuisine and drinks, and reservations are hard to come by. 🍺
The restaurant is always full from the 1:00 PM opening time, and being able to enjoy drinks and delicious food at this time is the ultimate luxury! ️
No matter how many times I visit, I’m always completely satisfied with the delicious food! ️
The tuna and sea grape temaki was delicately handed to me by a waiter. 😊
The fresh, crunchy texture of the sea grapes, the refreshing saltiness, and the umami of the tuna, perfectly balanced with the vinegared rice and seaweed, made it incredibly delicious. 😋
Hyakushiki’s meatballs were infused with the flavor of duck, allowing you to fully enjoy the umami of the meat with the salt and condiments. ‼️
This was my personal favorite! ‼️
We also had some seriously deep-fried horse mackerel, charcoal-grilled Wagyu skirt steak, and clay pot rice with eel and fresh burdock root. Everything was delicious and we were very satisfied! 😌
Reservations are required, but this is a restaurant that we highly recommend you try!
