This is a restaurant of the Kuhara Honke group, famous for “Kayanoya Dashi”, where you can enjoy the flavors that have been loved for about 35 years, delivering the deliciousness of Hakata, such as mentaiko and motsunabe 😆
There is a line even before the opening, and it continues all the way through lunchtime 😊
The menu has many delicious dishes, including “Ago Dashi Mentaiko” made with dashi made from domestic grilled flying fish, which Shobouan is proud of! This time, I had the “Hakata Men Tai Mabushi” with half a sea bream sashimi and seared mentaiko 🐟 In a word, it’s super luxurious! The mentaiko has a refined finish, with the flavor of the dashi being firmly transmitted to the mentaiko 😊 The sea bream sashimi is fresh and refreshing, and the seared one has a fragrant and grilled taste, making it a very luxurious dish overall 😆
The first bowl is topped with a squeeze of lemon, the second bowl is topped with egg yolk dashi and grated yam, and the third bowl is topped with condiments and served as a light dashi chazuke!! ️
Every way you eat it is delicious, and it’s great to feel like you can be satisfied with all the different ways!! ️
