We would like to introduce you to a popular restaurant that serves ramen made by a Fukuoka izakaya 😊
It is “Nabe to Sakana Hamaoka” located at 3-1-16 Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture 😊
🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲
This is a popular drinking spot for its hotpots, and in the evening the restaurant is always bustling with customers who come to enjoy delicious food to go with their drinks 😊
What we would like to introduce you to today is the lunchtime ramen at this restaurant‼ ️
This restaurant is also known for being delicious, and the menu includes soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, tantanmen, and miso ramen‼ ️
The shellfish broth salt soba I was looking forward to is only served in the evenings 😅
This time I had the salt ramen 🍜
The soup is gentle and the flavor of the ingredients is solid and delicious‼️
The overall dish is elegant, and it’s no wonder it has a reputation for being so well-made 😊The accompanying garnishes of pork, bamboo shoots, and green onions are not too overpowering either‼️
One of the features of this ramen shop is that they don’t serve extra noodles, but “aedama” (a topping on top of noodles) 🍜
Aedama is made by combining boiled noodles with dried sardine paste, curry oil, ramen sauce, etc., and is delicious even when eaten as is 😋
This is also a recommended dish, as is the popular ramen from a restaurant that serves delicious hotpots‼ ️
