This restaurant opened in 2010 in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture, and is a tomato ramen restaurant where the owner, who is fascinated by pasta and ramen, focuses on the soup and noodles.
The Kasuga store opened in 2018, and tomato ramen has been supported even in Fukuoka, which has a pork bone culture 😃
This time, I had the “Super spicy noodles with ripe organic tomatoes” 🌶️
The soup is packed with the delicious flavor of tomatoes, and the balance with the additive-free chicken broth is excellent 😋
The super spicy flavor is so intense that you can really taste the umami, and it adds even more deliciousness to complete the overall balance 😊
