Coffee Manju Katawara

We would like to introduce a recommended item at the Fukuoka Chamber of Commerce Shop 😊
This is “Coffee Manju Katawara” at DOCORE Fukuoka Chamber of Commerce Shop, located on the 2nd floor of Hakata Marui, 9-1 Hakataeki Chuo-gai, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture 😆
After hearing from a customer that Noda Utaro, a poet from Ogori City, loved coffee, “Okashidokoro Yakabe” in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture, created these coffee manju with that sentiment in mind 😊
The dough is kneaded with coffee and is wrapped around a textured coffee jelly and milk bean paste, then baked until moist.
The shape is like a coffee bean☕️
When you open the bag, you can really smell the delicious coffee‼ ️
When you take a bite, you can enjoy the taste and texture of the coffee dough in the coffee jelly, and the slightly sweet milk paste combines for a very elegant finish‼ ️
This is very delicious😆
It’s coffee flavored, but it made me want to drink coffee☕️
You can buy it at Hakata Station, so it’s a great item to bring back as a souvenir from Fukuoka‼ ️
