This is an affiliated restaurant of the Daimyo restaurant that was featured in the Michelin Guide in 2019, and is a popular and stylish restaurant where you can enjoy drinks from noon in the center of Fukuoka City.
This time I went for lunch on a weekday, so I was also able to get the “Summer Appetizer Assortment” which is only available for lunch on weekdays and must be reserved by the day before. ️
First of all, the eel stick sushi came out as an appetizer, and the quality was amazing from the beginning, with fluffy meat and a strong taste! ️
Then came the “Summer appetizer platter”😆
About 10 kinds of appetizers are cutely placed in small bowls on a stylish table reminiscent of afternoon tea! ️
All of them are elaborate and delicious, such as the black truffle potato salad in the beckoning cat shape and the cold chawanmushi with okra filling.

The mackerel sandwich was grilled mackerel with a sauce like grain mustard and mustard mayonnaise, and it was also sandwiched with something like a sour pickle, and I was really impressed by the exquisite balance of flavors 😊
