This is a long-established udon restaurant that was founded in 1978, and more than half of the customers order the katsudon, which is a very popular dish.😊
There is a parking lot in front of the store that can park about 30 cars, but it’s almost full at lunchtime, and it’s a huge success with many cars waiting on the premises 😊
When you enter the store, you can hear people ordering katsudon and saying, “This is katsudon!”
I also ordered a regular serving of katsudon! ️
When you open the lid, a large cutlet of thick pork belly wrapped in a thin coating stands out in the middle! ️
The sweet, salty, and deep flavor of the soy sauce that has been added to the soup stock soaks into the cutlet and is delicious😋
