This is a popular udon restaurant that originated in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture about 40 years ago, evolved in Hakata, and spread throughout the prefecture.
The special feature is that it contains lots of sweet and spicy cooked beef, and grated domestically produced yellow ginger is placed in the middle, and it is served with a unique black soup that is a combination of Japanese-style seafood and beef double soup!! ️
