Founded in 1949, Sakae-ya has cultivated the famous Fukuoka confectionery called Nanban Orai, and is now developing a new Nanban chocolate sandwich🍫
Couverture chocolate is added to the chocolate frien dough, giving it a moist and fluffy texture. Inside is crispy puff pastry coated with sweet chocolate, couverture ganache cream, and bittersweet homemade caramel.
Hakata Amaou is a sandwich of crispy puff pastry coated with sweet chocolate and sweet and sour Hakata Amaou strawberry sauce.When you bite into it, you can taste both moist and crunchy at the same time.🍪
This is a product that I would like to recommend as a new Fukuoka souvenir 😊
