Since it was introduced on the popular TV program “Himitsu no Kenmi SHOW”, it has become even more well-known and popular, and it is so popular that there is a long line in front of the store😆 Musashi soba, the signature menu item, is topped with piping hot sauce, fried tofu and grated daikon radish, and is delicious when eaten while melting the generous amount of yuzu pepper inside the fried tofu. Musashi soba is also delicious, but this time I chose “board soba”😆 The soba noodles are carefully made using domestic buckwheat flour and natural water pumped underground, and are truly delicious with a great soba flavor and smooth texture.
