This is “Hakata Chinese Soba Konosuke”😆 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜 This is a Chinese soba specialty store developed by the founder of Ikkosha, a very popular tonkotsu ramen restaurant in Fukuoka. It has become popular since it opened in September 2023. On the menu, you can choose various toppings for Chinese noodles, and you can enjoy them with side dishes such as fried rice, chashu rice bowl, and gyoza 😊 This time, I topped Chinese noodles with menma, raw egg, and fried egg yolk🍜 The Chinese noodles are made with a special sauce made from Yamataka’s aged fermented soy sauce, which is combined with a light but richly flavored soup made from chicken bones and pork, giving it a deep and mellow taste. ️ Goes great with medium-thick straight noodles 😊 The flavor of the fried rice is also based on soy sauce, and adding egg yolk makes it milder and even more delicious.
