We would like to introduce you to a popular Tantanmen restaurant in Fukuoka. Located at 9-1 Reizei-cho, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. This is “Tantanmenshimaya”😍 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ The shop, which was founded in 1986 and has continued to be loved by locals, has been expanding its fan base since moving to its current shop in May 2021. ️ The extremely popular Tantan noodles are made with chicken bones that have been slowly simmered for over 6 hours, mixed with homemade chili oil, and topped with a mix of minced beef and pork seasoned with sweet and spicy sweet soy sauce! ️ The soup tastes like a light soy sauce ramen with less sesame, and when mixed with the sweet and spicy sesame-flavored minced meat, the flavor and spiciness spread all at once 😍 This is delicious😆 I recommend it to those who like Dandan noodles with less sesame flavor! ️ We also have rich tandan noodles without soup, cheesu tanmen, and Hakata soy sauce ramen, so even those who don’t like spicy food can come along.
