This shop is run by Tomohide Tonoma, a Japanese man who trained under Gaetano Fazio, the “man with the hands of God” for 6 years, and was the only person to take over “Pizzeria da Gaetano”😊 The restaurant has been recognized all over the world, including being listed as one of the world’s top 70 restaurants and pizzerias, as well as receiving consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand awards. ️ This time, I received the premium margherita lunch appetizer set! ️ Although the pizza dough is thin, it has a strong chewy texture, and the taste and flavor of the dough is extremely strong! ️ The mozzarella cheese is smooth and refreshing, and the tomato sauce is really delicious😋 Each ingredient is delicious, but the overall balance is excellent, making it a refreshing meal 😊 I’ve never had pizza like this! ️ It’s really delicious 😍 The tiramisu is also very well balanced, the ingredients are gentle and assertive, and it’s not heavy at all! ️This is my favorite tiramisu I’ve ever eaten😆 There were about 6 appetizers, including Italian ham, and I wanted to have some wine🥂 We want everyone to enjoy the flavors of famous restaurants from around the world! ️
