These breads, including “Raw bread Koyuki”, which won the Omotenashi Selection 2023, are frozen with a special quick-freezing technology to lock in a refreshing texture and keep them moist. This time, we received Koyuki’s bean butter, pollack, white bean butter soybean paste, curry, and raw bread!! ️ First of all, what impressed me about the raw bread was the fineness and density of the texture. ️ It doesn’t feel heavy, so I can’t help but reach for it.
