This is a restaurant opened by Hakatarou, which was founded in 2002 with a focus on ingredients from Kyushu, so that you can enjoy Hakata’s specialties, mainly mizutaki and motsu nabe.
The same building has a rooftop deck where you can sit on a bench and relax while looking at the wonderful location of Nakasu! ️
This time, we had “Hakata Chicken Mabushi” and “Domestic Beef Offal Miso Ramen”😊
The offal miso ramen is very delicious with fresh, plump offal and sweetness, and the refreshing miso soup goes perfectly with the chives and curly noodles! ️
Hakata torimabushi is rice in an earthenware pot topped with sweet and spicy chicken and minced meat. Even if you eat it as is, the balance with the rice is delicious, and if you eat it with condiments, the flavor will increase and it will be even more delicious😊
If you eat it with dashi soup, the taste will double and you will keep eating it.
